Hello! I’m Jonathan Ingram.
Father, Systems Administrator, web, mobile, and desktop developer from Alabama. I love coding and helping other people learn how to code. I’ve been in the IT industry for 21 years.
You can find me building Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure with Terraform or deploying virtual servers across multiple vNets and enterprises with varying budgets and business objectives. I work with many of Microsoft's offerings, including O365, Entra AD, Virtualization, Cloud Storage, Secrets Management, Azure Policies, and more.
Everyone should know how to code. I enjoy working in the .NET ecosystem. C# is my language when working with Blazor Apps or creating custom tooling via Windows Form Applications for my co-workers. When I have a cool mobile app idea, I don't just dream about it. I bring it to life. I use my experience with Flutter and Dart to create cross-platform mobile apps, showcasing my creativity and innovation in the process. When I need to repeat a task repeatedly, I jump into Powershell to save the day. I'm also having fun automating with Python.
I really enjoy sharing my experiences in the tech industry. I've volunteered at several STEM events for high school students. I was also a panel speaker for INTERFACE Birmingham 2019 and VARONIS Connect Columbus 2024.
I've worked in the IT industry since I was 14. I'm currently working in a hybrid cloud environment. Doing a lot of work with Infrastructure As Code. My favorite platform is Hashipcorp's Terraform. Learning other technologies such as Ansible.
